Overview
You can use forms exports to group users based on form responses for more targeted lead generation. This has been expanded to allow for exporting the entire fan list to a CSV file with fan information and fan responses, including custom responses/free text form answers. This enhancement allows exporting of either “All fans engaged”, or “Fan lists based on responses”.
The available fields to export include:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone
Postal
Ticketing ID
Ticket interest
Number of Tickets
Attendees
Experience
Form Completion Date / Time
Custom short answer question / response (this is one column)
Custom interest columns (for the new custom interest options)
Using Forms Exports
Follow these steps to utilize Forms Exports:
Navigate to the Forms screen in the Fan Data Platform by clicking “Forms” at the top of the screen
On the following page, find the form you’d like to use, and select “Retarget Fans”.
On the following modal, select “Export Fans”.
The “Export a CSV” window will open.
You can Change the title of the of the CSV if you’d like.
the “Included Fields” section will show all fields that will be included in the CSV after it is exported. If you would like to include more fields, select the “Edit” button and select any additional fields you would like to include in the download, and select done.
The export will immediately send a download link to your email once as soon as you click “Export” at the bottom of the screen, but you can use the “Schedule Settings” field to schedule recurring exports. If you wish to do so:
Click the “Edit” button in the “Schedule Settings” section
Click the “Schedule Export” button
Select the recurrence frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) and time
If you’d like to resend the entire list, select the “Resend entire list” checkbox, and choose the start and end dates, and select Done
After all of the desired criteria are selected, click “Export”. The CSV will be sent to the email associated with your current login.
