Where you look for numbers in FanThreeSixty depends on what you’re trying to do. Here are three of the most useful places to learn about your fans and their mobile app activity.
To activate a group of fans, go to Audiences
To understand how fans are using your mobile app, see Mobile Traffic Analytics
To observe trends in your fan base, go to Reports
Activate a group of fans in Audiences
Audiences represent the most up-to-date number of actual fans in your database who match the selected criteria. These groups are updated in real time and only show unique, contactable fans. This means if a fan has multiple accounts on several devices, they only show up here once. Audiences only include fans with a valid email or phone number and/or a mobile app account.
Understand how fans are using your app with Mobile Traffic Analytics
Mobile Traffic Analytics reveals summary data around how fans are using your mobile application. This page displays session and screen view counts over the selected date range. You can see these metrics, as well as other key mobile metrics, for the following groups:
All Users: includes both registered and non-registered users (fans who skipped registration)
New Users: includes both registered and non-registered users that have visited the app for the first time during the selected date range
Returning Users: includes both registered and non-registered users that have visited the app prior to the date range and then returned within the selected date range
All Registered Users: only includes registered users, including all accounts (If a fan uses the app on a phone and a tablet, or signs in with multiple accounts, those devices and accounts are counted separately.)
New Registered Users: registered users that have visited the app for the first time during the selected date range
Returning Registered Users: registered users that have visited the app prior to the date range and then returned within the selected date range
This page is updated every 24 hours and includes data up to the previous day’s activity. It also reveals all of a fan’s profiles, even if one fan has many or remains anonymous to FanThreeSixty.
See trends and insights about your fan base in Reports
Reports can show you insights into your overall fan base. This includes things like fan registrations over time, sales campaign performance, and top locations of mobile fans. All fan records are included in these numbers, including those without valid contact information. This makes reports the best place to go to get deep insights about your complete fanbase and observe trends in their behavior. This data is refreshed daily.
