The program creator has the option to associate one or more products with the program, for example, a ticket plan or a specific event. Each product has a set of statuses that can be used to track fans through the sales stages or to filter fans who bought Product A from fans who bought Product B.
Update product statuses
Updating product statuses is similar to updating a lead status.
Select a fan.
Make sure the right-side info panel is open. (If not, click on the “>” button at the top right of the list.)
Next to the product name, choose the updated status you want from the drop-down.
A modal to add a note will pop up automatically. This is required with every product status change.
Some basic text is pre-populated for you. Use this text or draft your own, please keep in mind that if you draft your own another user may not realize that the note came from this program.
Select an interaction type for your note so that it will be tracked as a touchpoint.
Click Update Status to save.
