What is a lead quota?
Lead quota is the number of leads you want each of your reps to start with. When a lead’s initial status is updated, another lead will be added to the reps list. Each rep will never have more leads in the starting status than this number.
How do I remove a rep from a program/what happens when I do?
If you want to remove a rep from a program completely, you can click the “x” next to their name when you’re editing the program. That rep’s leads will become unassigned but the fans’ lead status and any touchpoints logged up to this point will be maintained. They will then be redistributed to the remaining reps, following the quotas you have set up. If you want a rep to stop getting more leads, then you can change that rep’s quota to 0.
How does a rep know that leads have been assigned to them?
When a new program is activated or when a new rep is added to an existing, active program an email will be sent to the rep notifying them that they have received leads to begin working through.
Can I schedule a program in advance of a certain date?
Automatically scheduling a Program to activate on a certain date is currently not available.
When you click “Activate” in the Program builder or “Activate Now” on the Program’s info panel, the Program becomes active, whether your selected start date is today or in the future. This may take a few minutes. Once it’s active, leads are assigned, and team members can access their fan lists. Touchpoints and status updates are tracked as soon as the Program is active. It’s up to your team whether they start working on the Program as soon as it’s active or only on the selected start date.
