Selecting this option will generate a CSV file that you can download directly from FanThreeSixty that includes a snapshot of the audience at the time the CSV is generated.
Here are the steps to export any audience via CSV:
Click on Audiences in the header bar
Select the preferred Audience you want to export from the list view
Next, click the Share button to open the Share modal
Once the Share modal opens, select “Export as csv”
Select if you want to export the Entire Audience or the Marketing Audience, then click Next.
Choose the Entire Audience option if you want every fan within the Audience regardless of previous ‘no solicit’ designations.
Choose the Marketing Audience option if you want only fans who you have permission to market to. This option will exclude fans who have previously marked their account “No Solicit”.
Now you can determine the fields that will be included in the csv file. FanThreeSixty defaults to all fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Postal Code, and *Ticketing account #, if applicable.
*By default, only one ticketing account number per fan will be included (determined by most recent activity). Select ‘List each ticketing account separately’ if you want to include all ticketing accounts. If a fan has more than one, each account number will be listed on different rows, and all other information will be the same.
Lastly, choose how frequently you want the export to run
Select the Send Now option, then click Share, to do one-time export of the audience right now.
To set up a recurring export or to schedule an export for a later date, select the Schedule for later box and Edit settings to setup your export schedule.
Customize your schedule settings
Daily - choose the time of day
Weekly - choose the day of week and time of day
Monthly - choose the day of month: first, 15th, or last. And time of day
Choose Add New Contacts Only if you want only new fans in the Audience to be included in the csv file
Choose Update All Contacts if you want the export to include everyone in the audience each time (existing + new fans)
Select a Start On date if you want the recurring export to start on a date in the future (defaults to the current day)
Use End On to select the date that you want the recurring export to stop. Please note, the export will still run on the selected end date but none after.
Click Done when you’re finished setting your schedule. You’ll return to the previous screen where you’ll see a summary of your schedule settings in the ‘Schedule for later box’
Click Share to officially set up your recurring export.
You will be notified via email whenever a new export of the audience is available within FanThreeSixty (this schedule is dependent upon what you setup in the scheduling process).
To download the .csv file, you’ll need to login to FanThreeSixty, select on the audience, and click the download button on the right side info panel
Download the csv export via the Audience info panel. Select the Audience from the Audience list and you will see the shared csv card. Click the blue download button on the card to download the csv to your device.
