The FanThreeSixty platform is a set of integrated products and tools designed to help you act on your fan data. Here is a brief summary of the major features and sections available in the platform.
The FanThreeSixty platform will become available as soon as your mobile app is ready for launch and/or your ticketing data has been integrated.
If you are your organization’s administrator, FanThreeSixty will create your account. You can then add accounts for the other users in your organization. If you’re not the admin, you will get an email once your account has been created.
Once you log in, you’ll see features you have access to depending on your organization, its integrations, and your user role.
These are the sections of FanThreeSixty you may find useful depending on your role or task.
Audiences. View recommended audiences, share or export an audience, and create custom segmentations.
Communications. Create app messages, view engagement metrics and email engagement metrics.
Reports. View Fanbase Overview, Audience Snapshot, Campaign Performance, and Communications Metrics.
Communications. Create app messages and see engagement metrics.
Events. Create and manage the events that display in your app.
Maps. Create and manage custom maps for your app.
App Designer (beta). Configure the layout and widgets of your app.
Sponsors (beta). Create and manage sponsored assets for your app.
Reports. View Mobile Activity and Communication Metrics.
Audiences. See recommended audiences, create custom segmentations, and view lists of fans in an audience.
Programs. Assign leads, create workflows, track products and campaigns, and work individual leads and log touchpoints.
Fan profiles. View details about a fan, including contact information and ticket history with the option to add notes and touchpoints.
Reports. View Team Member Activity and Campaign Performance.
Reminders. Set a reminder to follow-up or contact a fan.
Search for fans. Find a specific fan using first name, last name, account ID, email address, or phone number.
Add fans. Add a new fan to the platform using their contact information and any other key notes that are beneficial.
Tags. Tag individual fans or groups of fans with a custom attribute to easily identify a key piece of information about these fans.
My fans. If you’re assigned to fans in your ticketing system, you can quickly access a list of them by clicking on “My Fans” under your username.
Data manager. Import CSV files of fan data.
Audiences. Create custom segmentations and save lists of fans from imports.
Reports. View a Fanbase Overview and Audience Insights.
Admin. Edit your wi-fi portal’s theme and individual page content.
