Survey cards ask fans multiple choice questions. When a fan selects a response, they’ll see a message customized for that survey. Survey cards are often times used for trivia or games that incentivize fans via engagement.
Create a Survey
First click the “+ Message” button and name your survey card so you can identify it later.
Tip: As soon as you click “Continue,” your card is saved as a draft. You can exit the communications builder at any time and continue editing your draft later.
Build the communication
Select the “Survey” tile in the left panel and the template will populate in the middle of the builder.
Choose whether or not you would like to include an image. You can zoom in and reposition your image to best fit the frame. When you're done cropping, click "Save."
Tip: You can include anywhere between 2-4 possible answers for fans to choose from.
Select your audience
The fan count on this page reflects the number of fans in that group who have Mobile App accounts. This number can grow if more fans enter the Audience or sign up for an account.
Schedule and send your communication
Set the dates you want your survey card to display within the Mobile App.
Push: Promote the survey card with a push notification.
Geofence: Choose this option if you want fans that fall in or out of a specific location to see the survey while it is active. You can select any of the locations configured for your organization.
Autosend: Choose this option if you want new fans that join your Audience to receive the banner card.
Click “Save Communication.” If your start date is now, the card will deploy immediately. If you chose a future date, the card is scheduled and will automatically deploy at the selected date/time.
