How do I access my mobile tickets?
Depending on how you configured your mobile app experience, fans can access their tickets through a couple different avenues:
Tickets tab: Via the bottom navigation; could be integrated a via an SDK or through a standard web like to the ticketing providers website
Image Widget/Button List/Button Matrix: Takes the fan to the ticketing providers website
What if I don’t know my log-in credentials?
If a fan does not know their log-in credentials for the mobile app, they can click on ‘Forgot Password’ upon signing in to have an email sent with the ability to reset. It is also possible that a fan never registered for the app, and simply downloaded the app. Registration in a FanThreeSixty app is not required to access tickets.
If a fan does not know their log-in credentials for their ticketing provider, they will need to reach out directly to the ticketing provider to reset.
Do I have to log-into the app and ticketing separately?
This depends on the ticketing provider. Some ticketing providers have the capability of passing a fan's log-in credentials along to FanThreeSixty upon initial registration in the app, preventing the fan from needing to log-in again to the ticketing provider once in the app. However, many ticketing providers lack this functionality, so it is likely required for a fan to log-in to the ticketing provider once they are in a FanThreeSixty app.
Can I save my tickets to my wallet?
This depends on the ticketing providers functionality. If they provide the ability to save to your wallet, then they will be available.
What if the venue doesn’t have wifi and I can’t get cell reception?
FanThreeSixty always recommends that fans load their tickets on their phones ahead of an event to prevent any potential issues that could occur with cell or wifi reception.
