Overview
As a manager or program creator, you’ll have insight into how your team is performing throughout the program.
Program List
In the list view, you can see how many leads have been assigned in your program and how many team members you have working on it. The side info panel contains more information, such as performance metrics.
The side panel is open by default when you arrive at the Programs page, but you can toggle it on or off by clicking on the “i” button at the top right of the list.
The side panel allows you to edit the name or dates of a program inline.
The status tracker shows how many of the total leads are in each lead status and the percentage of each.
You can also see how many leads have been assigned to each account rep in the program.
Program Dashboard
As a manager, you’ll have access to a full-page dashboard with detailed metrics about each program. To access the dashboard, click on the “Go to Dashboard” button at the top of the Programs list page.
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see basic information about the program:
Name
Dates
The user who created it
Products (if any) associated with the program
The names of the team members who are currently assigned leads
The first section of metrics displays data related to the program as a whole including:
Total fans in the program
Number of leads currently assigned
Overall conversion rate for the program (based on the status you indicated as the “conversion status”
Each team member’s conversion rate and current leads quota
The percentage and the total number of leads currently in each lead status
For every product associated with this program, the percentage and total number of leads currently in each product status
Tip: The Conversion rate for a program refers to the percentage of leads who have reached the selected conversion status out of the total fans in the program.
The second section of metrics provides several ways of comparing your reps’ performance side-by-side.
Total touchpoints logged by each rep for this program (notes or status updates with an interaction type)
Total touchpoints logged for each interaction type and total interaction logged by each rep for that communication type
The number of leads for each rep in each status
Conversion rate for each rep and the total number of leads assigned to each rep
