Reactivate a Program

Overview

Managers can reactivate a closed program so that your team can keep working on it. Below are the steps for reactivating a closed program.

Navigate to Programs:

• Select the program you want to reactivate

• Click the "Reactivate Program" button at the bottom of the info panel.

• Select a new end date of your Program.

• When the program reactivates, your team will be able to change statuses and add notes again. The leads assignment process will kick off again so any fans who were unassigned or new fans who have entered the audience in the meantime will be assigned.
