Add Notes

Overview

On the fan’s info panel, you can see the most recent notes added or the notes that have been pinned to the top of the list. Click on “See more notes” to load additional notes to the preview panel.

Adding a note:

You can log a note at any time while you’re working the program. It does not have to be tied to a status update.

• Click on the “Add note” button at the bottom of the info panel.

• The name of the program is pre-populated in the note text. Use this as the beginning of your note or write your own. If you draft your own, keep in mind that another user may not realize that the note came from this program.

• Select an interaction type if you want your note to be tracked as a touchpoint (this is optional).

• Click “Save” to save.
