Overview
All fans, or leads, in a program have a lead status. At the start of a program, every lead is assigned the program’s starting status. It’s up to the sales rep to move them through the various statuses your program’s creator has defined until you are done working with that lead.
Update a lead’s status
Select a fan
Tip: To sort your fan list, you can click on the different column headers to sort by any category.
Make sure the right-side info panel is open. (click on the “>” button at the top right of the list.)
In the status drop-down, choose the updated status you want. The list of statuses may be different for every program, depending on what was established by the program’s creator.
A modal to add a note will pop up automatically. This is required with every status change.
Some basic text is pre-populated for you. Use this text or draft your own. If you draft your own, keep in mind that another user may not realize that the note came from this program.
Select an interaction type for your note so that it will be tracked as a touchpoint.
Click Update Status to save.
