Aggregate email metrics
Aggregate email metrics reflect the current selection of emails in the results list. The list defaults to Recent emails (i.e. emails sent within the last 30 days). We offer these aggregate email metrics out of the box:
Fans Reached - Total unique fans that received an email across a given campaign or sponsor
Open Rate - The total number of unique fans that opened an email divided by the total fans reached, shown as a percentage
Click Rate - The total number of unique fans that clicked on a link in the email divided by the total fans reached, shown as a percentage
Top-performing email - Identifies the top-performing email measured by open rate compared to the average of all distributed emails

With a single email selected, you can click on any of the blue numbers in the email results info panel to access a list of fans fitting the selected criteria
You can filter the list down by email behavior: fans who clicked, fans who opened, or fans who bounced.
You can further refine your list of fans by:
Tags - any tag you've set up in the system.
Profile Type - individual accounts or business accounts.
Profile Source - does the fan have a profile from this source
Once you've refined your list, you can create an Audience with the selected filters. You can then access this Audience in your Audience list.
Tips and Tricks:
Setup a Re-target Audience
Automate follow-up to specific audiences based on individual fan behaviors (i.e. opened or clicked)
Quickly retarget fans who opened an email by clicking on the blue number under Opens in the email results info panel
This will open a list of fans who opened that email
Select Save Audience to quickly build an Audience of fans who have opened this email. The Audience will continue to grow over time as additional fans receive and open the email
Use this Audience to set up the second step in your desired email automation flow. As fans open the first email they will automatically flow into your new Audience, kicking off any associated actions.
