Overview
When looking to engage your fan base, Audiences are a key step to enabling a personalized conversation with your fans. Audiences are designed to make your fan data active, therefore, Audiences are dynamic and updated instantaneously as the criteria for determining an Audience is met. Whether you are looking for Audiences based on demographic, behavioral, preferential, or predictive data, you can easily configure the Audience within FanThreeSixty. When you need to create a new audience, use the steps below.
Who can create an Audience:
Administrators, Executives, and Managers
Tip: Users can determine whether they want an Audience to only be visible to them or whether they would like to share the Audience with individuals in the organization. If you don’t have access to creating Audiences, ask your admin to update your role.
