Once a program is active, certain selections cannot be changed (for example, you cannot remove an audience from an active program). However, you can add to or update an active program at any time.
Edit an active program
Select the program you want to edit and click the 'Edit' button at the top of the list
Note: Programs are sorted chronologically by start date. Click the ‘Sort by’ button to sort your list of programs by another categoryThe programs builder will reopen to the Audience page
Select the audience(s) you want to add to the program. You can also choose any groups in your “Shared with Me” tab.
Note: When a program is active, you cannot remove any audience that is already associated with the program
Click ‘Continue’ to move to the Workflow page
Click ‘+Add a status’ button to a new lead status
Note: You cannot edit or remove any existing lead statuses
Click ‘Continue’ to move to the Assign page. From this page you can:
Add new account reps to the program
Based on the logic you have set up, the rep will receive an email notifying them they’ve been added and have leads they can begin working
Remove an account rep from the program
In this case, this account rep’s leads will be unassigned and redistributed according to the assignment logic you have set up. These leads will also keep their current lead status.
Note: Any changes to the “Assign Leads” page will affect the program going forward. Account reps will not lose the leads they’ve already been assigned.
Edit the leads quota for any account rep. From this point forward, the rep’s leads will refill up to this new number.
Note: If you want an account rep to be finished with the program, change their quota to 0 so they will not receive any new leads.Check or uncheck the “only assign fans with ticketing reps” option. From this point forward, the automatic assignment will follow this selection.
Note: If you want to make sure that every single fan is being followed up with, and you no longer care about holding leads in reserve for their own account rep, you can uncheck this box.
Click ‘Continue’ to move the Reporting page. From this page you can:
Add a Campaign or Sponsor tag(s)
Add products (Events + Plans) you can to track
Once all of your edits / updates have been made, click ‘Save’ to save your changes.
