In this article, you will learn how to:

Preparing an automation in FanThreeSixty
Click Email in FanThreeSixty, then click New Email
Select Automated, then Custom Automation
Optional: Customize the emoji and title of your automation for future reference
Select an audience to receive your automation. NOTE: Everyone in this audience, and anyone who enters this audience in the future, will receive the automated email once, when the automation is active.
Adding an Email to an Automation
Click Add Email
Click Schedule to edit when it sends
Choose a From Name to indicate who sent the email (for your recipients)
Choose the email template you want to send
Click Save Email
Creating an email template in SendGrid
In SendGrid, open the Dynamic Templates page and click Create Template.
Name template and then click Save.
To begin editing your new template, click Add Version.
Select an editor and click Continue.
Design your template and click Save.
Once you’re happy with your email, save it and log into FanThreeSixty.
Testing your email in FanThreeSixty
In the top right corner click Send Test Email
Enter the email(s) you want to receive the test email
Click Send test
Email should send within a few seconds
Starting Automations in FanThreeSixty
Once you’re ready to start your automation, click Start Sending. Your email will begin sending based on your schedule settings. Your automation will become “Active” after you start sending. Click on the ••• in the top right corner to pause or delete an automation. To restart an automation, click “Resume” from the same menu button.
Reviewing automation performance
After an automation has begun sending, track the performance by clicking on it from the email list. The total fans reached indicates how many fans were targeted to receive your email.
