The fan details page shows all the aggregated contact information and profile attributes you have for a fan. Here is also where you can see which source records were linked to create this profile, as well as add and edit contact information.
To get to this page, click on All profile info on the fan view page.
Add or edit contact information
Click on the email or phone number you want to edit, or click the add button to add a new one.
Adding contact information
The new email or phone number you add in FanThreeSixty will become the fan’s primary value, meaning it will appear at the top of their contact information wherever the fan appears in the platform.
Editing or deleting contact information
If you delete or change an existing email or phone number, this may cause the fan’s source records to unlink from each other, so only do this if you’re sure it’s what you want.
Adding or editing zip code
If you change or add a new zip code to a profile, FanThreeSixty will populate additional attributes based on that zip code, for example DMA (designated market area), distance to venue, and some demographics. This process runs once a day, so you may see these updates the day after you edit a zip code.
Editing personal details
You can add or edit a fan’s birthday and gender on this page. If the fan has a predicted gender, you can confirm it by clicking on that value and then clicking save.
See all source records
