What attributes are shown on the Audience Insights charts?
Years as a fan — Average years as a fan based on the date a profile was identified in our system
Spend per fan — Average total primary ticket spend, which is the sum of all ticket prices for purchases made on the primary market
Distance to venue — Average distance to venue based on zip code
Engagement level — Determined by a fan’s interactions with the org through ticket sales, attendance, touchpoints, or mobile app engagement.
Gender — Can be filled in by primary data or predictions
Household income — Predicted based on zip code. Typical household income is the most common range for that group.
Age — Based on birthday, which is filled in by primary data. Median was chosen over average to prevent outliers from influencing it too much.
Profile source — Any of the profile sources in your organization’s fanbase
DMA — Designated market area, based on zip code
Buyer state — Based on purchases in the past year
