Campaigns FAQ
Overview
Campaigns help monitor ticket performance over time by providing a revenue report based on ticket sales, audiences, and marketing activities.
Frequently Asked Questions
What dates are displayed under a Campaign?
Answer:
The dates displayed reflect the date range selected when the Campaign was created.
Once tagged activities are added to a Campaign, how long does it take for metrics to update?
Answer:
Depending on the number of tracked activities or targeted audiences, data may take a few moments to update. If updates are not visible after several minutes, refresh the page and check again.
Is there a limit to the number of activities that can be included in a Campaign?
Answer:
No. However, Campaigns containing more than 50 activities may experience longer load times.
When creating a Campaign, do I need to select both single events and a ticket package?
Answer:
No. At minimum, a Campaign only requires either:
One event, or
One ticket package
Why has the number of profiles in my Campaign audience increased over time?
Answer:
Campaign audience counts can fluctuate as audiences grow. Any profile that belonged to the audience when the Campaign was created remains included in the Campaign audience total.
What happens if a ticketing event is not mapped and cannot be found in the Mapping Tool?
Answer:
If the event you need is not available in the Mapping Tool, please contact support@fanthreesixty.com for assistance.
If a package contains events with different ticket prices, how is revenue calculated?
Answer:
Package revenue is distributed evenly across all events included in the package. Individual event pricing differences are not reflected in Campaign revenue calculations.
Can I edit a Campaign after it has been created?
Answer:
Yes, but with some limitations.
Using the pencil icon in the upper-right corner, you can:
Edit the Campaign name
Adjust the date range
Add audiences
Remove audiences
You cannot:
Modify the events included in the Campaign
If you need to use a different set of events, mappings, or filters, create a new Campaign.
How often does Campaign data refresh?
Answer:
Campaign data refreshes every hour.
How can I view a complete breakdown of ticket packages sold and associated revenue?
Answer:
To view ticket sales and revenue by package type, create separate mappings for each package (for example, Season Tickets, Flex Plans, and Mini Plans) before creating the Campaign.
When creating the Campaign:
Select each individually mapped package.
Avoid grouping multiple package types into a single mapping.
This allows Campaign reporting to display package-specific sales and revenue breakdowns.
How are ticket types counted within a Campaign?
Answer:
Campaigns evaluate ticket purchases in two ways:
Package Purchases
Fans who purchase a package (Season Tickets, Flex Plans, Mini Plans, etc.) are counted as package purchasers.
Individual Tickets
Fans are also counted as individual ticket purchasers for the tickets contained within their package, as well as for any standalone ticket purchases.
As a result, a fan who purchases a package will typically appear in both categories.
To analyze specific ticket sales and revenue, use the available filters to narrow results by:
Price codes
Ticket types
Other available criteria
This provides a more detailed view of individual ticket sales and associated revenue.
