Forms Exports

Overview

Forms Exports allow you to export fan data and form responses into a CSV file for reporting, audience segmentation, and lead generation efforts.

You can export:

  • All Fans Engaged – Every fan who has interacted with the form.

  • Fan Lists Based on Responses – Fans who provided specific responses within the form.

The export includes standard fan profile information as well as form submission data, including custom questions and free-text responses.

Available Export Fields

The following fields can be included in your export:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Postal Code

  • Ticketing ID

  • Ticket Interest

  • Number of Tickets

  • Number of Attendees

  • Experience Selection

  • Form Completion Date & Time

  • Custom Short Answer Responses

  • Custom Interest Responses

Exporting Form Responses

Step 1: Navigate to Forms

  1. Log in to the Fan Data Platform.

  2. Select Forms from the top navigation menu.

  3. Locate the form you would like to export data from.

  4. Click Retarget Fans.

Step 2: Open the Export Tool

  1. In the Retarget Fans modal, select Export Fans.

  2. The Export a CSV window will appear.

Step 3: Configure Your Export

Export Title

You may customize the export title if desired. This title will be used to identify the exported file.

Included Fields

The Included Fields section displays all fields that will be included in the CSV export.

To modify the included fields:

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Select or deselect the fields you want included.

  3. Click Done to save your selections.

Step 4: Schedule an Export (Optional)

By default, clicking Export generates the file immediately and sends a download link to the email address associated with your login.

To create a recurring export:

  1. In the Schedule Settings section, click Edit.

  2. Select Schedule Export.

  3. Choose a recurrence frequency:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  4. Select the desired delivery time.

Resend the Entire List

If you would like each scheduled export to include all matching records rather than only new records:

  1. Check Resend Entire List.

  2. Select the desired start and end dates.

  3. Click Done.

Step 5: Export the File

After configuring your export settings:

  1. Click Export.

  2. A download link for the CSV file will be sent to the email address associated with your current login.

Additional Notes

  • Export files are delivered via email.

  • Custom form questions and free-text responses can be included in exports.

  • Scheduled exports can be used to automate recurring reporting and lead generation workflows.

  • Field availability may vary depending on the configuration of the selected form.
