This new feature allows users to create, manage, and track tasks directly within the platform, ensuring that important follow-ups are never overlooked.
Tasks in Main Navigation
In the main navigation under the bell icon, you can view current tasks and create new ones for future follow ups.
From here, you can add all the necessary information for your tasks.
The “Relates To” label allows users to add a fan or Program to a task, providing quick access to relevant data points when the task is due. These data points serve as helpful reminders to distinguish this task from others.
Edit Tasks
Users can edit tasks by clicking the name of the task in the to-do list view.
User can edit and update all task details from this view.
To Do List Navigation
Users can use left and right arrows to navigate one day in the appropriate direction.
Users can jump to any date by clicking the calendar button.
Completing a Task
To complete the task, select the checkbox to check it off your list. After a short delay, the task will be moved to the Completed tab.
Users can view past completed tasks and clear all tasks under the completed tab. After clearing all tasks, they cannot be recovered.
Create Task From Notes
Users can create a task while writing a note on a fan profile. If a users adds a task while drafting a note, the software will automatically save the fan's name for the “Relates To” information.
Additionally, if users are working within a Program, the software will automatically save both the fan's name and the Program the user is currently working in.
If users are operating in a Program the software will automatically save the fans name and the program a user is currently working in.
Enabling Reminders

Select System Settings
Select Notifications
Select your web browser (e.g. Google Chrome)
Toggle the Allow Notifications button to On in the top section of the window
Toggle the notification options to the desired settings in the lower section of the window

Note: Setting to any Focus modes will block notifications

Select the three dots on the far right of the URL bar

Refresh the platform
Note: Setting to Incognito mode will block notifications
Future Developments
Users will be able to assign reminders to their tasks to help remember important upcoming tasks.
Toggle on and off web browser notifications.
Users will be able to configure their notification preferences.
Users with permissions will be able to assign tasks to other users.
