This feature enhancement is designed to start the transition of managing Fan to Sales Rep relationships from Archtics to the FanThreeSixty platform, specifically within the Programs product.
Permissions
Initial relationship management requires permissions depending on the user type.
If a user is a manager they can manage all aspects of a relationship and or lead. If a user is an associate they can only change their assignment and or relationship.
Below is a diagram showing permission logic for this release.
Updating Relationships
In the Programs section of the fan profile, users with the appropriate permissions can modify the relationship and assignment for a lead.
By clicking “Update Relationship” you will be prompted to select a new rep to manage the relationship for a fan.
Updating Assignments
In the Programs section of the fan profile, reps with a lead assignment can transfer their assignment to another rep who is assigned to the same program.
By clicking “Update Assignment” you will be prompted to select a new rep to be assigned.
Programs
When selecting the team members that will be in a program, any team members that have a relationship established with a fan will now have an “FanThreeSixty” option, as well as any other relationship types that have been formed through ticketing data. Bulk Relationship Management
This feature provides a centralized location for managing multiple representatives and their relationships. This feature can streamline the management of relationships, enabling managers to efficiently execute mass modifications in just a few steps.
Selecting “Manage Relationships” will start your process for reassigning relationships.
Type of Assignments
There are two options “Edit Established Relationships” and “Assign by Audience”. Choose the appropriate reassignment type based on your requirements.
Assign By Audience
This option allows users to handle relationships at the audience level, providing greater flexibility and control when needed.
Edit Established Relationships
This option allows you to manage staff relationships by distributing them across multiple members or reassigning them on a one-to-one basis.
Once a representative has been selected you can reassign their relationships to another rep or distribute them amongst several other representatives in your organization by selecting the “Add Representative” button.
Reassign More Relationships
Users can easily reassign relationships for additional representatives within the same session by choosing the “Reassign More Relationships” button.
Reassignment Process
After clicking “Start Update” your selections will be processed momentarily. An email confirmation will be sent to you after your reassignments have been finalized.
