Overview
The Manage List page gives managers a streamlined way to select and assign qualified leads directly from a single view. Users can filter the fan list, select any number of fans at once, and assign or take action on them in just a few steps.
Only users with the role of Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or Administrator can manage and assign leads within a program.
Getting started
To reach the Manage List page:
Open the program you want to work in
Click “Manage List” from the top of the program navigation
Once you're on the Manage List page, you'll see your full fan list alongside filter controls on the left sidebar and selection controls at the top of the list.
Filters and fan count
Viewing your filtered results
When no filters are applied, the selected fan count at the top of the page reads 0. As you apply filters, the description below the count updates to reflect how many fans match your criteria:
Description format
Showing [x] of [y] fans
X = Current filtered fan count (e.g., 645)
Y = Total fans available within the program (e.g., 17,682)
Filter pills
Slider-based filters — including Touchpoints, Distance to Venue, Lead Score, and Profile Type — display as active filter pills in the filter area once a value is selected.
Each pill shows the active value for that filter.
To remove a filter, click the ✕ on its pill. The pill is removed and the corresponding slider resets to its default state.
Tip:
Use the Unassigned filter to quickly scope your list to leads that haven't been assigned to a rep.
Selecting fans
The Manage List page supports three ways to select fans. The Selected count at the top of the page updates cumulatively as you make selections.
Select individual fans
Click a fan's name or their checkbox to add them to your selection. The Selected count increments with each addition.
Select All
Click the “Select All” link to select every fan meeting your current filtered criteria. All matching fans highlight in blue with a selected checkbox, and the Selected count updates to reflect the total filtered fan count.
Bulk Select
Click the “Bulk Select” button to choose a specific number of fans from the list at once. A popover appears with the following options:
Select by Quantity
Enter the total number of fans to select from this list.
Number of Fans: Type a number or use the arrows to adjust
Select by: Choose Random or Recent Activity to determine how fans are selected
Apply: Click to confirm and apply the selection to the list
Note: A persistent “Clear Selection” link is always available to reset all current selections without navigating away from the page.
Assigning fans
Once one or more fans are selected, the “Assign” button becomes active. Click it to open a modal listing all available reps for assignment.
Select one or more fans using any selection method above.
Click “Assign”

Confirm the assignment and fan count
A toast notification confirms when the assignment was successful. If you had the Unassigned filter active, the newly assigned leads are immediately removed from the list.
Note: Lead assignment behavior—including automatic vs. manual assignment and quota settings —is configured at the program level. See Create a Program for details on team management options.
Bulk actions
In addition to assigning fans, you can take other bulk actions on your selection. Once one or more fans are selected, the “Actions” button becomes active. Click it to open a modal with the following options:
Action | What it does |
Update Lead Status | Change the status of all selected leads at once. |
Add Note | Attach a note to all selected fan records. |
Save as Static List | Creates a static audience for future fan engagement. |
Export Fans | Export the selected fans to a file for external use. |
Unassign Fans | Removes the lead assignment for selected fans. |
Tip:
Use Update Lead Status in combination with the Unassigned filter to quickly move a batch of leads through your workflow in one step.
