Overview
The Parent Organization function provides an interface which allows users to view fan data at an overall organization level, and at an individual organization level. This allows user to easily toggle between views not only from parent to child organizations, but between individual child organizations.
Predefined comparison between child organizations is being provided in “clusters”, which are child organization comparisons that will be provided by FanThreeSixty. Users currently do not have the ability to create clusters. The prebuilt clusters provided by FanThreeSixty.
Navigating to the Parent Organization Interface
Sign in to the platform.
Select the Audiences drop down menu in the top left corner of the screen.
Select “Know your fans”.
You will then be directed to the Parent Organization home screen. Here you will find aggregated fan data from across all organizations under Parent Organization.
Selecting Child Organizations
Individual or multiple child organizations may be selected to show aggregated data on the “Know your fans” screen. In order to choose the Organization(s) you would like to see:
Select the Organization button under the Know your fans header
Ensure the correct Parent Organization is selected on the left.
Select the Child Organization(s) on the right. Multiple organization may be checked.
You could also have selected a predefined Cluster in step 2, then selected the desired cluster on the right as you would have selected Child Organizations in step 3.
Select Apply.
Once these steps are complete, you will see an aggregated view of the Organizational data displayed.
Note that this screen can be toggled between displaying in a Chart vs. a Table view.
