App Manager makes it easy to link to your schedule calendar, allowing fans to subscribe to see upcoming events.
This guide will walk you through the process of obtaining a ICS/iCal link for your Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Getting this link allows you to easily sync your calendar events with your mobile app.
Google Calendar
Step 1: Access Calendar Settings
Open your web browser and navigate to Google Calendar.
Look for the gear icon (Settings menu) located in the top-right corner of the screen and click it.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to the section labeled Settings for my calendars.
Click on the specific calendar you want to share and sync with your website.
Step 2: Make the Calendar Public
With your chosen calendar selected, scroll down the main page to the Access permissions for events section.
Check the box next to Make available to public.
A warning prompt will appear letting you know that making the calendar public will make all events visible to the world. Click OK to confirm and proceed.
Step 3: Find the ICS/iCal Link
Continue scrolling down the same settings page until you reach the Integrate calendar section.
Look for the field labeled Public address in iCal format.
Highlight and Copy the entire URL in that box (it should end in .ics).
