Our mobile apps offers several convenient ways to sign in. Depending on your organization's setup, you may see one or more of the following options:
Email
Google
Apple
Facebook
Ticketmaster
If you're having trouble signing in, this guide can help you identify the correct method and resolve common issues.
Sign In with Email
Use your email address and password to access your account.
How to Sign In
Tap Sign In.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Tap Log In.
Having Trouble?
Make sure you're using the same email address associated with your account.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password to receive a password reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the reset email.
Verify that you originally created your account using Email Sign-In. If you initially registered using Google, Apple, Facebook, or another social login method, you may need to continue using that same sign-in option rather than entering an email address and password.
If you're unsure which method was used to create your account, try signing in using the other available login options.
Common Error Messages
"Could not locate a user with this email address"
This message indicates that no account could be found using the email address entered.
Possible Causes:
The email address was entered incorrectly.
The account was created using a different email address.
The account was originally created using Google, Apple, Facebook, or another sign-in method.
The account has not yet been registered.
Recommended Actions:
Verify the email address is spelled correctly.
Try any alternate email addresses you may have used.
Attempt to sign in using another available sign-in method.
Contact support if you believe an account should exist.
"We couldn't sign you in"
This message typically indicates that the email address or password provided is incorrect.
Possible Causes:
Incorrect password.
Incorrect email address.
The account was created using a social sign-in provider rather than Email Sign-In.
A temporary connectivity issue occurred during authentication.
Recommended Actions:
Verify your email address and password.
Use the Forgot Password option to reset your password.
Confirm you originally created your account using Email Sign-In.
Check your internet connection and try again.
If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
Sign In with Google
Use your Google account for quick and secure access without creating a separate password.
How to Sign In
Tap Continue with Google.
Select your Google account.
Complete the Google sign-in process.
Having Trouble?
Make sure you're selecting the correct Google account.
If you have multiple Google accounts, try signing out and selecting a different account.
Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
If you receive an "Incorrect Password" message while signing in with Google, the password must be reset through your Google account. Passwords used for Google Sign-In are managed by Google and cannot be reset through the mobile app.
To reset your Google password, visit Google's account recovery page and follow the prompts to regain access to your account.
Sign In with Apple
Use your Apple ID to securely sign in to the app.
How to Sign In
Tap Continue with Apple.
Complete the Apple authentication process using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
Important Note
Apple offers a feature called Hide My Email, which may create a private email address when you sign in. If you're having trouble locating your account, you may have originally signed up using this private email address.
Having Trouble?
Verify you are signing in with the same Apple ID used when you first created your account.
Ensure your Apple ID is active and functioning properly.
Sign In with Facebook
Use your Facebook account to access the app quickly and easily.
How to Sign In
Tap Continue with Facebook.
Enter your Facebook credentials if prompted.
Approve any requested permissions.
Having Trouble?
Make sure you're logged into the correct Facebook account.
Try signing out of Facebook and signing back in.
Update the Facebook app if authentication is not working properly.
Sign In with Ticketmaster
Use your Ticketmaster account to access ticket-related features and information within the app.
How to Sign In
Tap Continue with Ticketmaster.
Enter your Ticketmaster credentials.
Complete the sign-in process.
Having Trouble?
Verify your Ticketmaster email address and password.
If needed, reset your password directly through Ticketmaster.
Ensure you're signing in with the same Ticketmaster account used to purchase or manage your tickets.
General Troubleshooting Tips
If you're unable to sign in:
Verify you have an active internet connection.
Update the app to the latest version available.
Close and reopen the app.
Restart your device.
Double-check that you're using the correct sign-in method.
For example, if you originally signed up with Google, you may need to continue using Sign In with Google rather than entering an email and password.
