App Manager is the content management system for your FanThreeSixty mobile app. It lets you update your app's layout and content in real time — no code required, and no new release needed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Use App Manager's drag-and-drop interface to control what your fans see and when they see it. You'll find App Manager in FanThreeSixty under the Mobile dropdown.
Pages
Pages are the main content areas of your app. Think of each page as a blank canvas where you add and arrange widgets to create the experience you want your fans to have — whether that's a gameday hub, an off-season engagement feed, or anything in between.
Navigating and adding pages
Use the page selector dropdown to jump to any page in your app or to create a new one. Select + New Page at the bottom of the dropdown to add a page.
Some pages can be duplicated. Click the more icon (···) on any page to see available options, including duplication.
Editing page names
Click the pencil icon next to a page name to rename it. Note that some page names are set by FanThreeSixty as part of the standard template and cannot be edited.
Widgets
Widgets are the building blocks of each page. They range in style and function so you can tailor the experience to your fans' needs — from live event content to fan profile features and everything in between.
Reordering widgets
Drag and drop widgets within the list to change their order on the page.
Adding a new widget
Select + New Widget beneath the existing widget list. Each widget includes a preview and description to help you choose the right one for your use case. Widgets are organized into four categories:
Common — General-purpose widgets suitable for most pages (text, images, links, etc.)
Media — Video, photo galleries, and other media display options
Event, Roster & Stats — Live and scheduled event content, team rosters, and stats feeds
Fan Profile — Personalized content tied to a fan's account and preferences
Communication widget
The communication widget displays a feed of messages on a page. To filter the feed to a specific campaign, add a campaign tag in the widget's Edit modal. Any communication sent with that tag will appear in the widget's feed automatically.
Komo integration
If your organization uses Komo, you can embed interactive Komo experiences — competitions, polls, quizzes, and more — directly on any page in App Manager using the Komo Card widget. Komo content surfaces natively inside your app without fans ever leaving.
How to add a Komo Card widget
Navigate to the page where you want to add the Komo card and click + New Widget.
In the "Select a widget" modal, locate Komo Card under the Media category and select it.
-
The Edit Komo Card modal will open. Configure the following fields:
Header Text — Toggle on to display a label above the card, then enter the text you want fans to see (e.g., "Redeem Your Points").
Komo Link — Paste the card embed meta URL from your Komo hub. This is the URL that tells the widget which Komo experience to load.
Scheduled — Toggle on if you want the widget to appear only during a specific time window.
Click Done. The Komo Card will appear in your widget list and render immediately in the app preview.
Note: You'll need the card embed meta URL from your Komo hub to complete this setup. If you're unsure where to find it, check with your FanThreeSixty Support or refer to Komo's documentation. If Komo Card doesn't appear as a widget option, contact FanThreeSixty Support to confirm the integration is enabled for your account.
Registered vs. unregistered fans
App Manager lets you configure different experiences for fans who register within the app and fans who skip registration. Use the toggle beneath the app preview to switch between the two views and customize each experience independently.
Tip: Make sure core gameday features are accessible to unregistered fans so no one is left out of the in-venue experience.
App preview
The app preview displays real content exactly as it will appear in the app. Use it to validate your changes before publishing — what you see is what your fans get.
Reviewing and publishing changes
When you're ready to publish, click Review in the bottom toolbar. A modal will appear listing all pending changes across your pages. You can select or deselect individual pages to publish only the changes you're ready to release.
Your unpublished changes are saved automatically, so you can step away and return without losing your work.
⚠️ Important: Only one person should make edits in App Manager at a time. Simultaneous edits from multiple users can result in changes being accidentally overwritten.
Settings
Tabs
Tabs are the primary navigation sections of your app. To manage them, go to the Settings area of App Manager.
Reorder tabs by dragging and dropping them in the list
Edit a tab by clicking the ✎ icon — you can update the tab's name, icon, and the page it links to
To add a new tab, select + New Tab and choose which page it should reference.
Note: Only Generic Pages 1–4, Home, Event Day, and Brand Page can be added as tabs. To use a different page as a tab, contact FanThreeSixty Support to swap content into one of these slots.
Branded tabs
During onboarding, one tab can be configured with a custom logo or brand asset instead of a standard icon. This tab appears as a circle placeholder (○) in App Manager to indicate it holds a custom asset. This icon is not editable through App Manager — if it needs to be updated, submit a support ticket.
Sponsored app header
You can add a sponsored asset to the top-right corner of the app header. Choose an existing sponsored asset or upload a new one. This asset is automatically tracked within FanThreeSixty's Sponsored Valuation reporting so you can measure its impact.
