What app communication metrics can I track?
Track the different types of communication metrics to see how your fans are engaging with your communications. The different communication metrics are:
Views
Views are the number of fans who saw the communication.
Opens
Opens are the number of fans who either:
Opened any communication from a push notification.
Viewed the full view of an Info Card communication by tapping the card in the communication feed.
Clicks
If an Info Card or Banner Card contains a link, this is the number of fans who tapped the link.
Responses
For Survey Cards and Poll Cards, responses are the number of fans who answered.
Is there a good way to get additional data on a fan? Where can I find this data?
Polls and Surveys are a great way to enrich your fan data while providing a fun reason for fans to engage with your app. An interesting Poll or Survey will usually perform much better than a standard Info Card message because fans enjoy participating and sharing their input.
Every time a fan interacts with a Poll or Survey message, the FanThreeSixty platform records their answers for you. You can create audiences, view fan lists based on responses, and even see the Poll activity on individual fan profiles.
Examples of great Poll & Survey opportunities are:
Gameday Trivia
Event Feedback (👍 👎)
Learning fan sentiment (How do you feel about…)
Vote for the Player/Play of the Game
Sponsored Trivia
After a Poll or Survey is sent to your app, responses are available on the Communications tab.
Find the Communications page
Choose a Poll
The responses and engagement are recorded in the right side panel
Tip: Clicking on any blue number or blue response will bring you to a list of all those fans (Fans who engaged, Answered A, Answered B, etc.).
You can also see a fan’s Poll or Survey engagement on their individual fan profile. This information is automatically added to a fan’s profile when they engage with a poll.
On the profile:
Find the Activity section
Choose “Poll Questions”
All Poll questions that were sent to this fan will be listed, as well as their responses
