If you have been sent credentials to the FanThreeSixty SFTP server, you can follow these directions to access it.
Install an FTP tool, such as Filezilla.
Note: These instructions provide visual guides based on using FileZilla, but any FTP software should work basically the same.Enter your provided credentials into the Host, Username, Password, and Port fields.
Example screenshot using FileZilla:Once logged into the SFTP server, your local machine will display on one side, and your SFTP repository will display on the other.
Example with local files on the left and FTP repository on the right:Select the first file you want to import into the FTP repository by dragging and dropping it from your local directory into the FTP folder you have been instructed to use for the files.
Note: The example shown above has an empty directory. Yours might have a folder for certain vendor files. It’s important to use the correct folder so that the FanThreeSixty team knows where to locate the correct data.
You also have the option to automate the process of adding subsequent files once the connection is established. FanThreeSixty is, however, unable to provide support on that setup.
