Initial integration with Shopify is intended to migrate Fans that are identified in Shopify and bring them over to FanThreeSixty. Centralizing the Fan data into FanThreeSixty Fan Data Platform will improve insights and actionability on your fans.
SCOPE OF DATA
The initial integration is intended to capture basic fan information from Shopify every day. The data FTS intends to use to create the Fan Profiles, assuming the data is available, is as follows:
Profile information
First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Address, Postal
Contact ID is also used for linkability / traceability of the data
INSTRUCTIONS (API Key Method):
Access the Apps section of your Shopify Store's admin console.
Click on 'Manage private apps' near the bottom of the page.
Click on the 'Create new private app' button and create a new app by entering any necessary information.
Under the 'Admin API' section, set Customers, Orders, Product Listings should to be Read and write to ensure FanThreeSixty can retrieve the necessary fan details
Upon app creation, scroll down, and you will see your API key, Password, and Shared Secret.
Copy and send your API key, password, and shop subdomain to FanThreeSixty.
