Hubspot (Knowledge Center)

Initial integration with HubSpot is intended to migrate Fans that are identified in HubSpot and bring them over to FanThreeSixty. Centralizing the Fan data into FanThreeSixty Fan Data Platform will improve insights and actionability on your fans. 

SCOPE OF DATA

The initial integration is intended to capture basic fan information from HubSpot every day. The data FTS intends to use to create the Fan Profiles, assuming the data is available, is as follows:

• Profile information

  • First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Date of Birth, Gender, Postal

• Contact ID is also used for link-ability / traceability of the data

INSTRUCTIONS  (Private App Method):

1. Access your HubSpot dashboard

2. Click on the settings gear in the upper right navigation bar

3. Click on Integrations >> Private Apps

4. Click on the Create App button

5. Add scopes from CRM bucket

   1. crm.lists.read

   2. crm.objects.contacts.read

   3. crm.schemas.custom.read

   4. crm.objects.custom.read

   5. crm.schemas.contacts.read

   6. crm.objects.companies.read

   7. crm.schemas.companies.read

6. Click Create App button

7. Copy Token and send to FanThreeSixty

API Limitations

INSTRUCTIONS  (API Key Method): NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY HUBSPOT

1. Access your HubSpot dashboard.

2. Click on the settings gear icon on the top right.

3. Click on Integrations and then API key.

4. Click on the Create key button.

5. Click ‘Show’ link and copy the API Key to send to FanThreeSixty.
